About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant to support a SaaS client with ongoing optimization of their HubSpot–Salesforce integration. This role is ideal for a hands-on HubSpot expert who can work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team and client stakeholders to ensure HubSpot and Salesforce are fully aligned: optimizing data flow, lead management, reporting, and automation.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot consultant for a SaaS client with an active Salesforce integration.
  • Review, troubleshoot, and optimize HubSpot to Salesforce sync configuration (field mappings, deduplication, workflows, lead routing).
  • Develop and maintain scalable HubSpot workflows, reports, and dashboards that align with sales and marketing processes.
  • Audit HubSpot setup for best practices and recommend process or configuration improvements.
  • Manage data quality, ensuring fields, objects, and integrations are standardized across both systems.
  • Support campaign and lifecycle management initiatives (lead scoring, lifecycle stage tracking, attribution setup).
  • Communicate clearly with internal team and client stakeholders within defined SLAs (2–4 hour response time).
  • Provide documentation of processes, configuration changes, and recommendations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing a HubSpot–Salesforce integration (required).
  • Strong understanding of data flow between CRM and marketing automation systems, including object relationships and field mappings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be responsive and reliable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex sync or automation issues independently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a 40-hour-per-month retainer structure.
  • Located in the United States and able to maintain a 2–4 hour response time SLA during business hours.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B technology companies.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, lifecycle stage management, and marketing attribution models.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, workflows, and validation rules.
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or HubSpot Admin).
