Client Need: Optimize HubSpot and Salesforce RevOps Infrastructure

Objectives:
  • Conduct an initial diagnostic of HubSpot automations, lists and segmentation logic.
  • Assess HubSpot > Salesforce > Outreach sync logic and field mapping
  • Compare enrichment coverage across ZoomInfo, 6sense, UserGems
  • Evaluate scoring models and routing rules and identify areas for optimization
  • Provide ongoing strategic guidance and tactical execution
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of HubSpot Marketing Hub + Sales Hub
  • Salesforce / HubSpot integration experience
  • Strong background in marketing operations and sales process optimization
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling
  • Hands-on expertise with workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and integrations
  • Proven success working in a fractional/consulting capacity
  • US-based, available to start immediately
