Objectives:
- Conduct an initial diagnostic of HubSpot automations, lists and segmentation logic.
- Assess HubSpot > Salesforce > Outreach sync logic and field mapping
- Compare enrichment coverage across ZoomInfo, 6sense, UserGems
- Evaluate scoring models and routing rules and identify areas for optimization
- Provide ongoing strategic guidance and tactical execution
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of HubSpot Marketing Hub + Sales Hub
- Salesforce / HubSpot integration experience
- Strong background in marketing operations and sales process optimization
- Solid understanding of attribution modeling
- Hands-on expertise with workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and integrations
- Proven success working in a fractional/consulting capacity
- US-based, available to start immediately
