Marketing Automation Delivery Lead
Compensation: $45-50 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week with high potential for full-time after 1-2 months

Overview:
The Automation Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing marketing automation projects, ensuring seamless platform integrations, and acting as a subject matter expert for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead marketing automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- HubSpot Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Platform Integrations: Manage and execute integrations between HubSpot and other platforms, including Salesforce products such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a client-facing expert, providing guidance and solutions for complex HubSpot issues and ensuring optimal use of the platform.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges within HubSpot independently and collaboratively, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and interpret reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with HubSpot, including extensive use of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub.
- Platform Knowledge: Proficiency with Salesforce products, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement, is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of platform integrations and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to independently solve technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing Automation: Experience with other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in HubSpot and Salesforce are advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of current trends and best practices in marketing automation and CRM management.
Compensation:
This is a part-time role starting at 20 hours per week, with a high potential to transition to a full-time position within 1-2 months based on performance and interest.
