About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Contractor to join our team on a contractual basis, with expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the Salesforce environment and ensuring it is optimized to support a variety of business operations efficiently. This role also involves taking a consultative approach—helping identify opportunities to expand Salesforce adoption and maximize business value. The position offers flexible hours with the potential for additional Salesforce contract or full-time employment opportunities through our talent placement services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
- Implement and manage Salesforce flows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Lead Salesforce implementations, including setting up new features and custom configurations across multiple Clouds.
- Integrate third-party applications with Salesforce to extend its capabilities.
- Manage Salesforce settings and configurations to align with evolving business requirements.
- Apply best practices to maintain and optimize Salesforce features across all supported Clouds.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).
- Strong expertise in reports, dashboards, flows, and implementations.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party apps with Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce settings and configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot.
